BMW Membership Card
We manufactured a very challenging high profile membership card for BMW. This card featured a very special hologram with texture and a specific plastic. One of the hurdles we leaped over, was to remove any orange peel texture from the card due to the specific heat/foil combination. In the end the card came out beautiful.

Quest allergy board is an educational 2 sided tool for physicians. It features sliders on both sides to show the level of severity to the patient. After the doctor runs the different types of allergy tests, they move the sliders on the Quest allergy board. This is visually educational for the patient and easier to understand. The patient can then see on one board how severe all of their allergies are. The board is manufactured from several different layers of plastic. It has a base it that is easily removes from. This was manufactured domestically.

For this project we 3D scanned 6 people and manufacture miniature figurines. We brought the models, makeup and hair stylists plus wardrobe staff to our facility. The scanning of the models took only 2-3 minutes and we had their entire figures mapped in the computer. We then took the PMS swatch book and choose the best colors for the final models. We manufactured a 3d printed figure for final approval. After final approval was received, we went into full production and created tooling for each figure. The figures were hand painted. The box design was printed 2 colors and featured a cutout for the figure to drop into.

We design and manufactured this Pharmaceutical educational tool. Developed to show a side by side comparison of their brand vs the other brand. They injected their tester into the silicone top. Both medicines were injected into the tube. The rep takes the display and shows the injected levels inside the Pharmaceutical educational tool to the doctor. After the demonstration, they opened the base and took out a Q-tip for cleaning.

This Jumanji custom wood crate was manufactured domestically. The wood box features the logo printed on the cover and includes their limited edition game. An added feature was the custom wrapped mini crow bar. We took a min crowbar and wrapped it with paracord. Then drilled a hole in the cover to attach the crowbar. We took jungle leaves and placed them inside wrapping around the Jumanji custom wood crate. Wrapped around the wood crate was a string of ivy. The wood cover featured realistic claw marks.

We design and manufactured this awesome rolling cooler for Coca-Cola. The fabric, stitching to the interior lining and wheels were all custom designed with top quality craftsmanship. Walking Dead Wall Clock is manufactured in the USA. Printed four color process over the entire piece and then mounted to red acrylic. The clock movement in back featured a hanger as well as battery inserted. All you needed to do was turn on the switch and pull out the protective paper in the battery. The clock movement was also made domestically in the USA. We can manufacture any shape clock for your business!

We were tasked with matching a photo of a crashed mini Cooper to help them market their additional coverage. This project had sat on the agency’s desk for 3 years as they could not find a solution. We took this on and within a week sent the following Mini Cooper back to the agency. They were extremely happy with the results. We used a 2″ thick black acrylic block, skateboard grip tape to resemble asphalt. Then to get the die cast metal Mini Cooper to bend we had to use a map gas torch.

A few weeks had past and we did not hear from the agency and then we received a delivery. The delivery man asked if we were opening a toy store. I was puzzled and asked why he would ask such a question. He opened his rolling gate door to reveal 465 Mini Cooper models. These arrived before the final purchase order but it was a fun pause in our day. These models shipped across the country to the dealerships and was a great success in growing their additional coverage.
