Winter blues? Snowed in? S(no)w problem!

Bundle up and head outside for some winter fun. Make a snowman, a snow angel, have a snowball fight, the possibilities are endless!

Rather stay indoors? Great choice!

Create a snowy sensory bin using baking soda and shaving cream. Don't forget to add some toys!
Build a cozy fort using pillows, blankets, soft lighting, and calming music.
Make mini indoor snowmen using marshmallows, play-doh, or cotton balls. Add some buttons or glitter, too.
Read a cozy book.
Dance to winter-themed music.
Make a winter craft.

There are lots of activities for you and your families this winter. Stay warm & have fun!!

Our sand-sensory table has been a big hit! Our clients frequently ask to play in the sensory table with their fellow peers. While playing, we work on lots of play and social skills, such as parallel play, cooperative play, manding for items, and sharing. The table is currently filled with fall-themed items like pumpkins and toy apples. We love our sensory table! What will our winter sensory table look like? Stay tuned!
