Mondays haven’t always felt easy to me. I’ve learned that the way I begin my week can influence how I show up in my business, my relationships, and most importantly, for myself.

I try to start my week by reconnecting with what keeps me grounded: prayer, movement, intention, and gratitude. 🙏🏼

Instead of feeling like I have to accomplish everything at once, I take time to look at my priorities, reset my goals, reorganize what needs my attention, and give myself permission to take small breaks along the way.

One thing I continue to learn is that success isn’t only about how much we accomplish. It’s also about how well we take care of ourselves while building the life and business we want.

A healthy mind and body create space for clearer decisions, creativity, resilience, and sustainable growth. 🌿

So this Monday, I’m choosing progress over pressure, intention over overwhelm, and alignment over perfection.

Monday reminds me that a new week isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being intentional. 🤍

Some of the biggest changes in my life didn’t happen overnight. They happened through small, consistent choices.

When I left Brazil and started over in the United States, I didn’t know exactly how my journey would unfold. What kept me moving forward wasn’t having all the answers—it was choosing, every single day, to take one more step with faith, courage, and purpose.

Today, I still begin my weeks the same way:

✨ Journaling my thoughts and prayers.
✨ Writing down a few small, achievable goals.
✨ Moving my body through exercise.
✨ Taking time to meditate and be still.
✨ Nourishing myself with healthy food.
✨ Practicing gratitude for where I am and for what’s ahead.

I’ve learned that success isn’t built in one extraordinary moment. It’s built in the ordinary moments we choose to show up for ourselves.
