🧐Myth 1: "I'm healthy. I don't need insurance."
You might be the healthiest person on the planet, but you never know what's going to happen. A sudden illness or accident can change everything in your life—and it could happen to anyone at any time.
💲Myth 2: "Life insurance is expensive."
Life insurance is one of the best investments you can make because it provides peace of mind in case anything happens to you. It gives your family access to money they need during times when they're most vulnerable — whether that's because an unexpected medical emergency has occurred or because of death itself. And even if it's more expensive now than it was five years ago, it will still likely be less expensive than any other major purchase that may come up in your lifetime — especially if you take into account its value over time (i.e., compounding interest).
🤸🤾♂️🏌️♀️Myth 3: "I'm too young for life insurance."
If you're younger than 40 years old and don't have any dependents yet (like children), then it's recommended that you wait until later on in life before purchasing a policy — but this doesn't mean it's not important! A lot of people don't realize how easy it is to purchase a policy now while they're still young (20s) so they can get the best rates.
❌Myth 4: My employer provides adequate coverage at work.
Just realize that when you leave your place of employment, your life insurance policy is tied to your job.
