A huge thank you to our Human Resources team for the important role they play in supporting our employees, managers, and company through every stage of the employee experience.
From attending career fairs to help attract new talent to guiding employees through benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, and policies, our HR team is there to support every member of our organization. They also work hard to keep our benefits competitive and aligned with employee needs, and partner closely with leadership on onboarding, training and development, performance management, compliance, and organizational initiatives that keep MDRR moving forward.
