Staff highlight loading!! 🤩 Viktoriya Loboda joined the Alliance Asset Management team last winter and immediately put her thoughtful property management, customer service and organizational skills and experience to good use for the benefit of our residents.

Loboda manages five of CATCH’s properties, including Davis Ridge, Friedman Court I & II, Franklin Light & Power, and the Endicott Hotel. Through her work she builds positive tenant relationships, identifies maintenance needs, collaborates with contractors, and generally makes sure that the properties run smoothly and efficiently so that our residents have the best experience possible.

At the end of September, the residents of our Franklin Light & Power property gathered for their annual end of season BBQ. This is the fourth year of this community tradition, and each year we are excited to see such a terrific turnout of residents young and old! Once again there was music and games, raffle prizes and great food. One of the tenants even brought out their cotton candy machine to share some sweet treats with the crowd! In an apartment building, it’s easy to isolate in one’s own space. It takes bravery to knock on doors and meet the neighbors. Knowing even a few neighbors can eliminate loneliness, build positive connections, grow great relationships, and make people feel like they are part of community. Events like this bring friends and neighbors together to have fun and smile, which ultimately improves both the physical and mental health of all. With safe and affordable housing and community support, anything is possible for our residents!

Our staff recently visited one of our Concord properties and found this resident outside, carefully cleaning up any trash that he saw around the property. We thanked him for his initiative, and with his permission, wanted to share this terrific example of someone volunteering to make his community a better place. Little personal actions to do good can have a large impact on many. And having a clean and safe place to live encourages others to have pride in their places and spaces. Thanks to all of our residents who help make CATCH properties nice places to live!!

CATCH Neighborhood Housing and our property management crew at Alliance Asset Management are committed to celebrating our staff’s hard work and dedication, so we make a point of stepping away from our desks once in a while to have some fun together! The world of affordable housing never slows down, and there are always housing applications to process, maintenance needs, current and future tenants to support, money to raise, property development deadlines, and new construction to build so New Hampshire can have enough homes to meet the needs of our communities. A couple of weeks ago, we closed the offices for the day and left all the work behind so we could enjoy some sunshine, play some crazy World Cup games, and have a great lunch together. We couldn’t do what we do without the dedication and expertise of our staff and we always appreciate these fun times!

Staff highlight loading!! 🤩 Cassiah Morrissette joined the Alliance Asset Management team last November and promptly hit the ground running! With a background in property management and customer service, she brings with her a positive attitude, an eye for detail and a talent for getting things done on time and with a huge smile.

Morrissette is the Property Manager for the Vose Farm Residences development in Peterborough, NH, phase one of which was completed in early January of this year. Owned by Catholic Charities NH and managed by Alliance Asset Management, Morrissette and the Alliance team are in the process of leasing the 64 affordable workforce housing apartments included in this first phase of the project. In fact, they only have one (!!) apartment available to rent left!

From tenant questions and lease signings, to signage, grass seeding, maintenance needs and contractor coordination, Morrissette continues to balance the diverse roles of a property manager with flexibility and patience!

How it started……and how it’s going! 🌱The Friedman Court II Garden Gang have done it again! Despite a slow, cool spring, and current dry conditions, the property’s resident green thumb gardeners have grown an outstanding harvest of fresh vegetables, herbs and flowers. These folks manage to grow more produce in a few pots and elevated garden beds than most people get out of a much larger scale operation. From basil and parsley to tomatoes, cukes, peppers, beans and onions, it’s obvious that these talented folks find joy in watching their gardens grow and making their home and property a beautiful place to live.
