As we go through today with a heavy heart, hold a loved one close, call a friend and be kind to a stranger. Spread light today ❤️ In loving memory of the victims. In loving honor of the heroes. We remember. We will never forget.

"Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that.

Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.

Hate multiplies hate, violence multiplies violence, and toughness multiplies toughness in a descending spiral of destruction …" — MLK 1963

➡️ Engage in embodied practices for unwinding from the violence of racism and build stamina, capacity and resilience.
➡️ Unwind from the myths of scarcity and separation that live at the root of what generates racism.
➡️ Build capacity to hold presence in the fire of the moment.
➡️ Bring practices and distinctions to your teams, clients and community that you can apply immediately.

Heal Collective Trauma & Embody Anti-Racism

We are mindful of the fact that while challenging anti-racism has emerged as a shared goal, our race-specific needs for support and learning during this season will vary. Therefore, we have designed the course to differentiate the support offered to people who identify as white and to those who identify as Black or people of color (POC).

This is an open invitation for anyone to join. If you know of an individual or organization that could benefit from this timely work, please consider sharing. We are committed to making this course available to all who are interested regardless of ability to pay.

Course registration will now close on September 4th. We are postponing the start date of the course to September 18th. All of the other dates and times remain the same. Many of our participants with children requested a delay with the late start of school due to the pandemic. Thank you for your understanding.

We have one more facilitator that will be a part of our team for the Heal Collective Trauma & Embody Anti-Racism course. Today we would like to introduce Jennifer Krier!

Jennifer Krier, Ph.D., is a coach and advisor at Seven Stones Leadership Group. Jennifer trained and worked originally as an anthropologist interested in studying how human beings create – and relate within – the world around them. The passionate interest that has been guiding her work is "what shapes our behavior and how can we transform our selves, our culture, and our lives?"

Trained as a coach through Coaches Training Institute (CTI) as well as the Strozzi Institute, Jennifer is also a licensed clinical social worker, certified yoga teacher, and published writer. She uses her interdisciplinary approach to support clients to produce lasting positive change in themselves and in the organizations and communities in which they live, move and work. Her mission is to bring mind body integration to the everyday culture of workplaces in order to create the physical well-being, enhanced presence, and thriving relationships that are critical to successful teams and individuals striving for innovation.

Jennifer received her B.A. from Bryn Mawr College, her M.S.W. from Simmons School of Social Work, and her Ph.D. in Anthropology from Harvard University. Jennifer lives with her husband in Belmont, Massachusetts and enjoys spending time with her three grown children.

We are extending the last day for course registration to September 4th. For more information on the course Heal Collective Trauma & Embody Anti-Racism: https://bit.ly/33il5hg
