Established in 1872 on Hemlock Lake directly south of Rochester, NY, we produce small-batch premium natural wines made from 100% Finger Lakes-grown grapes, while also maintaining operation of the oldest sacramental winery in the New Worl

d. Surrounded by Nature Conservancy land, and home to New York State's oldest bald eagle nesting site, O-Neh-Da Vineyard makes a conscious effort each year to improve its stewardship with sustainable business practices. Daily effort is made to reduce waste, reuse and repair, and recycle:
• All ‘used’ glass in the Tasting Room is donated to local artists who fashion new creations from once-used wine bottles.
• Grape pomace is composted and returned to the soil.
• Screw caps are the closure of choice, selected to decrease harvesting pressure on cork trees and to ensure the integrity of the bottled wine,
eliminating any threat of cork failure and cork taint. Grapes are grown at the Vineyard and in
partnership with Finger Lakes growers chosen for their natural approach to vineyard stewardship. Our growers work in harmony with the earth to produce the most natural fruit flavors authentic to Finger Lakes territory.
