We are looking to potentially add to our team at B&A!
We would like to fill one of the two following roles:
-Sign Shop Helper/Apprentice
Main duties include prepping vehicles for wrap installs, trimming/weeding/preparing prints, laminator operation, cleaning/maintaining of shop and other sign related duties as needed. Experience not needed, if you are willing to learn we will teach you the job. Ideal candidate is clean, organized, and easy to get along with. Someone with hustle, ambition, and a solid work ethic could learn a lot and move up into an installer or print room operator as we continue to grow. This position would be somewhat flexible on hours. Guaranteed minimum of 25 hours/week up to 40-50+ during peak times. General work hours would be between 9-5:30, willing to customize schedule for the right person. Money wise this is not a minimum wage job but also not going to pay the rate of a skilled trained professional. As you grow and develop so will your paycheck.

-Experienced Wrap Installer
Freelance/Contract style position preferred. Looking for 2+ years experience installing full wraps. Color changes, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, and anything in between. This person needs to provide verifiable proof of quality of work/experience. Pay would be based on the job/contract and based on your rates/experience. Potential to hire full time down the road if desired.
