It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to a valued member of our fire department and community. He dedicated many years of service to protecting and helping others, leaving behind a legacy that won’t be forgotten.

His service will be held on Saturday, August 29 at 2 PM at the Conrad high school auditorium followed by a reception at the Moose Lodge. 

Rest easy Carroll and thank you for your many years of service.

Due to high heat, gusty winds, and low humidity Pondera county is currently under an open burn ban. Please be cautious with anything that could produce a spark or small fire as we continue to keep our county safe! We will update you when the ban has been lifted!

Interstate is open from Border to Great Falls emergency travel only is advised. South bound will be single lane between Valier exit to the Ledger exit.

I-15 from Border to Dutton is now emergency travel only. South bound traffic from Valier ext to Ledger ext is shut down for a few wrecks. We will keep you updated once scene is cleared.
