🙌Tuesday Good News Day at GAMUT🙌

Meet our Administrative Director of Operations for IBHS services:

Kayla joined the GAMUT team in 2017 as an ABA Therapist, bringing her passion for helping children from her early experiences at Millersville University and working in an IU Early Intervention Verbal Behavior classroom. What began as a job quickly became a calling, and Kayla went on to spend six years serving children and families across Delaware County as a paraprofessional, ABA Therapist, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

In 2020, Kayla became GAMUT’s Safety-Care Trainer, where she discovered her love for supporting and developing new staff entering the field. Her dedication and leadership led her to transition into the Hiring & Training role in 2021, where she excelled at bringing on qualified, passionate ABA professionals who shared her commitment to high-quality care.

We are proud to share that in September 2024, Kayla was promoted to Administrative Director of Operations. In this role, she supports the daily operations of our IBHS Division and oversees our BHT and RBT staff, ensuring excellence in the services we provide every day.

We’re grateful for Kayla’s hard work, heart, and unwavering dedication to the GAMUT mission. 💙

🙌Tuesday Good News Day and the Crossover we needed🙌

At 3 years old, my nephew Patch was diagnosed with autism. What followed were years of dedication and hard work — from his parents, his ABA therapists, and Patch himself.

His determination, resilience, humor, and unique way of seeing the world have been an inspiration. He’s one of the reasons I started GAMUT Behavioral Services, having witnessed firsthand the importance of high-quality, team-based early intervention.

Today is a full-circle moment, as the talented team at Aspire Accessories — an organization that employs individuals with autism and neurological differences — created custom accessories for GAMUT.

🎊 Another exciting milestone for the GAMUT team! 🎊

We’re proud to announce the promotion of Meredith Viola to Clinical Director of Intensive Behavioral Health Services at GAMUT Behavioral Services!

Meredith joined the GAMUT team in 2014 as a recent graduate of an ABA master’s program to begin her journey toward certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

After obtaining BCBA certification in 2015, she built a dynamic career providing services to children and young adults in diverse settings across the region. Her work has included individualized services, classroom consultation, program-wide supports, and the development of district-wide training initiatives.

Over the years, Meredith has held various leadership roles within GAMUT, contributing to the organization’s growth and clinical quality. Now serving as GAMUT’s Clinical Director of IBHS services, Meredith leads clinical operations and upholds GAMUT’s high standards of care across service delivery.

Over the years, Meredith has played an integral part in GAMUT’s growth— she’s dedicated, has a sharp eye for the details, and uses a thoughtful approach to each role she’s taken.

Honored she continues to grow with GAMUT and excited to see what we will build together!
