After 8 impactful years, our Maintenance Manager, Randy, has hung up his tool belt and stepped into a well earned retirement.

From major overhauls to the smallest fixes, Randy has taken on project after project with determination, expertise, and a steady hand. He worked to make every corner of our facility safe, efficient, and running smoothly.

Randy’s hard work has shaped our workplace and his impact will be felt for years to come. We’re endlessly grateful for everything he’s poured into this company. Best wishes and safe travels, Randy.

Yesterday, we were excited to participate in the Launch Conway event, where 7th-9th graders from schools in Faulkner County explored a range of career paths.

We introduced these bright students to the world of corrugated packaging and handed out DIY phone stands for them to assemble. It was a fantastic opportunity to inspire future talent!
