We don’t just spread the word—we shout it from the mountaintops 🏔️ We secured a front-page feature in the New Hampshire Union Leader for client Cirque Series, spotlighting their work bringing community and outdoor culture together, one vertical foot at a time. On June 7, the Cannon Mountain celebrated grit, connection, and the power of the outdoors to unite us all. Big congrats to everyone involved in making this event such a success!

There’s a battle unfolding in Northern New Hampshire that could be framed as “green vs. green,” but that perspective misses the mark. The owner of 146,000 acres of forestland acquired the property (from NH) subject to a conservation easement requiring ongoing timber productivity and recreation access—vital to Pittsburg’s local economy. Instead of fulfilling these obligations, the North Carolina-based company is funneling the land’s value into California carbon credits, woefully neglecting the terms that were meant to safeguard both community livelihoods and environmental balance (i.e. timber productivity is down 50%). My comments to are that this isn’t just an environmental concern; it’s about upholding legal commitments and ensuring conservation tools benefit everyone they were intended to serve - specifically the community of Pittsburg. Let’s hope NH DNCR steps up to protect the terms of the deal and its northernmost community // link in bio //

Breaking! is thrilled to announce that we’ve secured a 2-year contract with New Hampshire’s Outdoor Recreation Industry Development Office (ORID) to drive workforce initiatives, lead events, and spearhead marketing efforts aimed at growing the outdoor sector on behalf of NH! 🙌

This is a major milestone for BYC as we transition into a full-service outdoor strategy & solutions firm, representing both public and private sector stakeholders. While continuing to manage this partnership with ORID truly amplifies our impact and accelerates our mission of bringing business to the outdoors for sustainable growth. After four years of working towards this collaboration with ORID, we’re beyond excited to lock in what is undoubtedly our signature consulting contract so far!

A heartfelt thank you to Outdoor Director & project partner Janel Lawton, the visionary leadership of BEA Commissioner TAYLOR CASWELL, the GOA Board, BYC’s Sam Trombley, and everyone else who helped bring this to life (there are many!). We can’t wait to build a long-lasting partnership that will help shape the future of New Hampshire’s outdoor recreation economy. Here’s to many more exciting projects ahead! 🌲💼🚀

Mt Washington Backcountry Ski Festival starts tomorrow!! Check out this epic event happening at Tuckerman Brewing Company Friday night 🤙

We're hosting the SNOWCOMING event this Friday as part of the Mt Washington Backcountry Ski Festival!

Find Rek'lis playing live music 4-7pm, followed by a showing of the new ski movie WEAK LAYERS! Come meet ski legend Caite Zeliff, grab some beers and support a good cause! $10 suggested donation with all proceeds going to the Eastern Slope Ski Club.
