Safety when driving home:
Be aware of cars behind you. Make sure no one is following you.
If a car is turning into your neighborhood, drive past your home.
Have knowledge of the cars that belong to the people who live in your neighborhood or visit often.
Pay attention to cars parked on your street to see if they are occupied. They could be watching your home or waiting for you.

Safety while traveling through airports:

Give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport, to ensure you are not rushing. That is how accidents happen, thefts, and items are forgotten
Be aware of your surroundings
Wear comfortable shoes, easy on- easy off
Wear minimal jewelry, and ensure your valuables are secured
Double, triple check to ensure you do not have a firearm in your suitcase or carry on
After going through TSA Security, double check to ensure you have all of your items - especially your ID
Stay together, if traveling with family or friends

Here are some tips to follow if you are out and about.

Stay alert – awareness is your best defence.Leave venues with friends wherever possible.

Try to stay in well-lit areas.Be confident – even if you don't feel it.

Travel as if you know where you are going.

Take the most direct route and try to stay within areas where other people are around.

Trust your instincts – if you think something is wrong then act on it.Have your keys available when you reach your home or car.Keep money for taxis – the expense is worth it.

Carry a personal alarm and use it when necessary.If you are a victim:
