Why hire a wedding coordinator/wedding planner? The purpose of Dawn of the Day is to make your wedding day as stress free as possible. Before your big day I meet with you and help you plan. I’m basically just a sounding board to help you with YOUR ideas. Or maybe show you easier ways to implement your ideas. The day before and the day of, I am there to take care of all the small things so that you can focus on just being the Bride. I do all of the running around while you are being pampered and being made to feel like the princess you are :)
Package A (starts at $300)
Wedding Coordination
This package includes:
• Up to 5 face to face meetings leading up to the big day. o I am here for you every step of the way answering text, emails and phone calls. No question is too small so I am always available to answer anything that you may have questions about.
• Rehearsal
o Coming at least an hour before rehearsal time to answer any questions that may arise during set up
o Wedding ceremony rehearsal at the venue
• Rehearsal
6 hours: Based on time of the Wedding/Reception
• Wedding Day to help with direction of vendors
• Ceremony
• Reception
o All major events during reception
Add Ons:
• Additional hours may be added for $35 an hour
• Dawn of the Day Décor
o As there is no charge for the use of these items, there will be a required deposit refundable upon the return of all items. Package B (starts at $500)
Wedding Coordination / Planning

• Up to 5 face to face meetings leading up to the big day. No question is too small so I am always available to answer anything that you may have questions about.
6 Hours:
• Day Before Set up
o This does not include Dawn of the Day decorating. I will help oversee the decorating and be there for support but will need a crew you have chosen to help.
• Rehearsal
8 hours: Based on time of the Wedding/Reception
• Wedding Day finishes
• Ceremony
• Reception
o All major events during reception
Add Ons:
• Additional hours may be added for $35 an hour
• Clean up with help is an extra $100
• Clean up without help is an extra $300
• Dawn of the Day Décor
o As there is no charge for the use of these items, there will be a required deposit refundable upon the return of all items. Package C (starts at $1200)

Plus the cost of decorating materials
This package includes:
• Up to 5 face to face meetings leading up to the big day. No question is too small so I am always available to answer anything that you may have questions about.
8 Hours:
• Day Before Set up
o This also includes me and my assistant decorating the venue and making sure everything is set up the way you want it.
• Rehearsal
10 Hours: Based on time of the Wedding/Reception
• Wedding Day finishes
• Ceremony
• Reception
• Clean Up
