BK HOMES INC Quality & Service Come First Our company started in Cookeville, TN about 20 years. Brad is a second generation builder. He has a great love for the industry.

Before moving to the Cookeville area he built custom and spec homes in Michigan. He started his own company when he was about 17 years old and has been building homes all of his life. Sheila has a eye for color and design... loves working with clients and is always there to help make the building process easy!
