GRAVEYARD-CUSTODIAN
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:
Performs a variety of janitorial duties such as dusting and cleaning office furniture; walls and other surfaces.
Vacuum, sweep and mop floors, including spot mopping as requested.
Clean and sanitize table tops, chairs, cabinets, sinks, countertops, faucets, hand rails, lobby furniture, lobby toys, bathrooms, break rooms, exam rooms and interview rooms.
Stock and replace supplies in bathrooms.
Take out all trash and replace trash bags.
Check and refill all soap and paper products in the facilities, as well as air fresheners, face masks and hand sanitizers.
Replace batteries per schedule in various devices.
Assist maintenance staff as needed.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or Maintenance Director
WORKING CONDITIONS AND HOURS:
Hours of work are M-TH 4:00PM to 1:30AM. Friday 4:00pm to 8:00PM.
This job will require bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 50LBS, climbing multiple flights of stairs, operating equipment with with common exposure to chemicals, may be required to clean potentially infectious bodily fluids following appropriate training. Consistent Attendance is required.
REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
Must pass drug screen
Must pass 7yr Background check
Must have Valid Oregon Drivers license
Must have good driving record
