Altra running shoes are amazing and the company is super awesome. I bought my first pair of lone Peak all Weathers a couple of months ago and developed a little separation at the front seam. Mind you the shoe still did not take on water when standing in puddles. With water pole work in the oregon coast winters I need waterproof and these get it done! I went back to (which is also an amazing company shout out to Amarissa) and between her and Altra they got me a new pair! That’s customer service!

Roof maintenance is so important in this wet climate. Wind shakes out needles that settle in the roof. The needles get rained on and the way roof sprouts moss and then the roof can be ruined. It’s very inexpensive generally to blow the roof off and spread a moss killer.

These are probably the most expensive windows I’ve ever cleaned. Not my price but the price to purchase. 4 panes of glass per frame to seal and insulate this living room wall that is beach front. Imported from Europe the whole wall slides open. Fun to clean but I wouldn’t want to damage one!
