This is a Texas holiday we can get behind.

Kudos to Jeffrey Yarbrough, past Texas Restaurant Association President, Hall of Honor Inductee and bigInk Commercial Real Estate CEO, on founding Texas Chicken Fried Steak Day! There are many things Texas does well -- but their chicken fried steak is near the top.

Jeffrey was also able to establish Jimmy Baldwin’s song, “Peace, love, and chicken fried steak” as the official song for the holiday. Jimmy will be performing live tonight at AllGood Cafe in Deep Ellum. It'll be a great evening of fun!
