After losing nearly 150 pounds, this patient was left with significant excess skin that affected both comfort and confidence. Her first stage surgery (performed on July 1st of last year) focused on a circumferential abdominoplasty with fat transfer to the gluteal area, helping restore and contour her lower body.

Her results look amazing, but the journey isn’t complete yet! Now, we are in her second stage, where we plan to address her upper body and perform a breast lift with augmentation support, extended arm lift, and upper back contouring. All of this will create balance from top to bottom. In massive weight loss patients, staging procedures like this allows us to achieve safer, more refined, and more natural results over time.
