LISBON DISTRICT ROAD CLOSURES AND TRANSPORT RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE DUE TO BAD WEATHER

In a new briefing at 0710 hrs 13th December to update the bad weather situation in the city of Lisbon, the commander of the National Emergency and Civil Protection Authority, André Fernandes, asked the population to stay at home and restrict travel as much as possible. Stay at home, restrict circulation as much as possible and consider travel" as little as possible, said the commander, asking to "remain calm".
Access to the city of Lisbon is "quite conditioned", with several "impassable roads" and some Metro or railway stations are closed.

- Calçada de Carriche - Odivelas – landslide

Carris (Lisbon's buses, trams, and funiculars operator),will not start all its activity until road traffic safety conditions are guaranteed.
