▪️ Water, Super Drink
I was chatting with a friend a few days ago and he was sharing experiences over the past weeks where he felt fatigued, tired and stressed. We talked about the right fuel and rest for the body, come to find out, water was not a bigger part of his diet.
“We sometimes underestimate how vital water is to our bodies and our physical and mental health.” I started sharing with him all the values of good water consumption daily.
Here are a few things I have learned along the way, water helps:

🔝 creates a cushion for joints
🔝 strengthens the immune system
🔝 promotes healthy skin
🔝 increases energy levels
🔝 enhances metabolism
🔝 promoted weight loss
🔝 reduces fatigue
🔝 boosts productivity
“My own story wasn’t very pretty, there were days where the coffee and the energy drinks superseded my water intake, since I have removed coffees, sugary drinks, carbonated beverages, and alcohol from my diet and replaced with 60ozs of water daily, I find myself to be different in a more productive kind of way.” SHP2022©️
I bring this up because it is a relevant topic. Many professionals, students, etc. don’t not hydrate correctly resulting in headaches, tiredness, and stress. You cannot operate well if you are not your best self.
As a leader, you also lead yourself, and this small change to diet can create a huge impact on health and personal performance, now and in the future.
🌀 Pushing a bit further, who doesn’t want: balanced fluids, muscle fuel, clearer skin, boosted productivity, removal of toxins, brain boost, calorie control, blood normalizer, and fatigue control.
