We are not opening tomorrow.

This, my friends is what burnout looks like. We have definitely felt the pressure. Working early days, late nights, and on our days off. 😮‍💨

We need time to recoup. - Wednesday is a new day.♻️

I want to take a moment and thank everyone for all the birthday wishes. It really meant alot to me. I had a wonderful day and couldn't have felt more blessed today with all the love I felt. Tha k you again. I love you all.

We will be closed Friday and Saturday to process returns currently at the facility.

This is becoming a frustrating process - for both our customers and us.

We understand that closing for a few days cuts off local access, but we cannot continue to operate when there is no room to do so.

Thank you to those who have been patient and understanding. And for those who heve not, we assure you we are doing our best to keep our doors open for routine hours and access available.

We are two humans - a mother and a daughter with families also. So the extensive hours we have been putting in lately are not realistic. But - we are doing our best.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Also, if you have used our tagging system...we would gladly allow you to come in during the next two days to pick up your refund. - There are a few that have not been counted yet, and we will make sure to send a text/call when they are completed.

For personal reasons, we unfortunately will not be open tomorrow or Thursday. We will resume normal hours on Friday.

As we enter day 4 of trying to unbury ourselves in cans...😂 I'd like to provide a little update:

I'd like to thank the customers who have come in and been so understanding of us being closed while we try to catch up. We know that redemption centers are VERY limited in our area due to closures. (We have experienced the burden of this firsthand! - our center has seen triple the containers we are used to seeing. Yes, I will agree it is a good problem to have but not when there are only two individuals trying to float in a sea of cans.)

As we would love to help everyone who comes here, we were forced into closing Thursday-Saturday this week (and working on the only 2 days we have off - Today and tomorrow) in attempt to catch up so we can continue serving our community who desperately needs this service.

We understand this can be frustrating and we have heard your concerns and frustrations. We have spent much time having conversations with our customers about how this has affected THEM - YOU and us.

With allowing us, my mother and I, the opportunity to "catch up" means we can continue serving this community that we are SO proud to be a part of.

So, again... THANK YOU. And HAPPY SUNDAY!
