Finished up this fun project (other than the mirror) in this 100+ year old house. We ended up having to take everything out. K**b and tube electrical was replaced. Isolated the circuits for the bathroom from the rest of the house. All new water lines and isolated shut offs. The most time consuming part though, was cutting out several joists, reframing the whole floor and installing a beam to re-support everything. Due to water damage over the years, the joists around the tub had completely rotted out, we had to bring the floor up 2.5 inches from one end to the other just to get it close to level. This client is having the original 65 inch cast iron tub refinished. They also designed this whole bathroom themselves and did a great job!

Yesterday we completed another bathroom for a great customer. This is the 3rd full bathroom remodel we have done for this customer as well as several smaller projects. We appreciate all of our customers, but especially the ones who continue to hire us year after year! This was a great project that we got to design ourselves. We tore everything out down to studs, joists and rafters. We expanded the bathroom into the adjoining bedroom and completely changed the layout. We were able to finish up these two walk in showers on 2 separate new construction homes just in time for Christmas. It was an hour and 15 minute commute (1 way), but completely worth it. It was a fun job working with a great crew to get these houses one step closer to completion!

Today we finished up this bathroom overhaul. We removed 2 small closets so we could expand the bathroom and make it a little bit bigger, and also entirely change the layout. This one was especially fun for us as we were able to design the bathroom ourselves and build in a custom storage unit to optimize the space in this small bathroom.

Finished up building and tiling a shower, plus floor today (another contractor is finishing the rest of the bathroom). Ended up having to channel out the concrete in order to get the plumbing in and avoid building the shower up on a box. Another tile job in the books.

Nice clean new bathroom. Forgot to take before photos of this one, but we swapped out a tub for a walk in shower.

Big thanks to our most recent customer for allowing us some creative freedom on this project. We only did a partial remodel on this one but it turned out really cool. We built and installed custom cherry drawers to add some storage space, with some live edge cherry shelves. We also made a concrete countertop with hammered copper sink.

After a grueling month of working on customers houses while trying to complete the kitchen and dining room on our flip house, we are finally done. Out with everything and in with all new. We decided to save ourselves some money on this one by pouring concrete countertops instead of granite, definitely the best they've ever turned out.

Finished up another total gut job last week. This one was tough with the super high temperatures on top of having to wear masks for the first half of the project due to large amounts of mold. We were able to take everything down to the studs, replace all the plumbing, insulate the walls and finish up in just 2 weeks.

Another basement conversion to master suite down. Customers did a great job designing and picking everything out, and they tore everything out. Then we came in and reframed everything to accommodate the new layout. We cut into the concrete for new bathroom plumbing layout, re-wired the entire area to eliminate tons of junction boxs and put in all new circuits. We had a lot of fun with this one and were able to add in some specialty items which we love to do.
