Finished up another total gut job that was down to the studs and joists. This was the first time we have ever done a shower with a fixed glass panel that had a soffit over it. It was nerve racking installing the glass in such a small space. So glad we didn't break it!

We decided to add a koi pond to the property of our current flip house. There is a nice little natural spring on the property that was a perfect spot for it. However, pouring the dam proved quite difficult with moving water. Thankfully, it worked out in the end though. We enjoyed building it and installing it so much, that we decided to add it to our list of services. If you or anyone you know might be interested in having a koi pond installed on your property, reach out for a free estimate and consultation. It is a great spot to kick back and relax while listening to the peaceful sound of cascading water, while watching the koi swim around (when they aren't hiding under the rocks).

Finished up this bathroom today for some great customers who we have had the pleasure of working for in the past. The bathroom was an addition to the house that was framed into the garage area. We ended up having to remove everything (including tons of blown in insulation) and start completely from scratch due to improper and unsafe framing from whoever did it originally. The customers decided to have us expand the bathroom and change the layout to optimize the space and allow them to have a full size shower with a double sink vanity. We also added in our custom drawer set that we have been making a lot in the last couple of years, which added a lot of storage space to the bathroom and utilized the dead space in the wall behind the shower.

Put the finishing touches on this bathroom today. The vanity in this small bathroom was a very odd size which severly limited the available options for replacements. Instead of purchasing one, we were able to get in the shop and make a custom vanity and concrete countertop to match the new design. One of our favorite things to do! This one turned out great!

Last week we finished up this kitchen remodel (minus the dishwasher that we were still waiting on at the time). We removed all of the soffits, as well as a wall section. We also changed the layout of the cabinets which made the space feel so much bigger and added more storage and countertop space. We don't typically take on many kitchen jobs anymore, but this one was a lot of fun and a nice break from bathrooms.

Finished up another bathroom a few weeks back. We completely gutted the bathroom as usual and changed the layout of the shower/toilet area. This was our first time ever laying out a shower with two knee walls and two half glass panels. The customer designed this on their own and it turned out really nice.

This large bathroom that was in an older home turned out beautifully. The customers pretty much designed it on their own and did a great job! It's amazing how much adding one small window can improve a room.

Finished up this fun project (other than the mirror) in this 100+ year old house. We ended up having to take everything out. K**b and tube electrical was replaced. Isolated the circuits for the bathroom from the rest of the house. All new water lines and isolated shut offs. The most time consuming part though, was cutting out several joists, reframing the whole floor and installing a beam to re-support everything. Due to water damage over the years, the joists around the tub had completely rotted out, we had to bring the floor up 2.5 inches from one end to the other just to get it close to level. This client is having the original 65 inch cast iron tub refinished. They also designed this whole bathroom themselves and did a great job!

Yesterday we completed another bathroom for a great customer. This is the 3rd full bathroom remodel we have done for this customer as well as several smaller projects. We appreciate all of our customers, but especially the ones who continue to hire us year after year! This was a great project that we got to design ourselves. We tore everything out down to studs, joists and rafters. We expanded the bathroom into the adjoining bedroom and completely changed the layout. We were able to finish up these two walk in showers on 2 separate new construction homes just in time for Christmas. It was an hour and 15 minute commute (1 way), but completely worth it. It was a fun job working with a great crew to get these houses one step closer to completion!
