When a new client takes the time to show appreciation.
We are far from perfect but each one of our team members deserves kudos and this appreciation message has certainly shown just that. Truly grateful for our clients and team.

Thanks so much for taking my call last week and setting up an appt for us at _______You were *very* reassuring and helpful on the phone last week, and we really appreciate you sending out Rick and Tyler yesterday. They were fantastic! We are so pleased with and impressed by their service: they were knowledgeable, efficient, competent, no-pressure, and highly professional. And they took time to really listen to our concerns. We did not expect removal of the mouse that prompted my call, so imagine our surprise when Tyler spotted the little guy in our basement as we showed them our areas of concern, hand caught him, and then carried him outside for eviction. Bonus!!😁
It wasn't until we arrived at the house on Saturday that we discovered ant activity in two areas as well. We were relieved that we already had an appointment with pest experts on the books and planned to bring that up, too. Before we could even mention the ant issue (focusing on the mouse issue first), Rick let us know that he had spotted ant activity, including in an area we hadn't even noticed yet, while checking the perimeter of the house for possible mouse entry points. We were relieved that the ant issue was something they could treat on the spot! And within an hour we were already seeing greatly diminished activity. Whew!
Last week on the phone you told me that you promised everything would be OK. That was just what I needed to hear then, and you, of course, were absolutely right. We are feeling very reassured that, even if there are flare ups, with Ranger's help, we've got this.
