Fried cheese curds tossed in funnel cake batter, served with salted maple crème fraîche.

🍔 Smoked Gouda Burger | $28
A 6oz all-beef patty with smoked gouda, red w**e-caramelized onions, cremini mushrooms, green leaf lettuce, and tomato. Served with french fries. Add patty $6 | Add bacon $4.

🍑 Grilled Peach & Smoked Blue Cheese Salad | $23
Smoked blue cheese crème fraîche whip with grilled peaches, balsamic reduction, watercress, prosciutto, de-flamed red onion, grape tomatoes, and candied pecans.
