🍇 **Another great week at Cove Mesa Vineyard!** 🍇

This week’s focus has been on **shoot thinning and fertilization**, two important vineyard practices that help ensure healthy vines, balanced canopy growth, and exceptional fruit quality. Dillon and Jaz have been hard at work in the vineyard and will remain focused on these activities throughout the rest of the month.

We’ll be sharing more vineyard photos and updates next week, so stay tuned!
