We are a family owned and operated business drying water damaged buildings since 1981. With the discovery of health risks from Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) in 1984 and related mold health issues the industry has developed standards and protocols for drying
out water damaged buildings. Simply put these standards describe how affected structures should be completely dried. We are certified by the Clean Trust formerly the IICRC which is a member of ANSI the American National Standards Institute. Our certificates include, WATER DAMAGE REMEDIATION, HEALTH AND SAFETY, CONTAMINATION CLEANUP( AMRT) and STRUCTURAL DRYING. Between 1981 and 1984 the owner worked with and trained under Daryl and Rod Paulsen who served as presidents of the ICRC. Our technicians are experienced, highly trained and thorough. Their mission is to protect your property when it is threatened by water or other contamination. On larger water losses we will work with your insurance company to remediate the damage completely as well as lessen any possible out of pocket expenses. We understand how upsetting even a small amount of water damage can be. Addressing your concerns is our top priority. We are trained to be especially observant when encountering impacted areas where there are young children, old folks and persons with compromised immune systems.
