Hot room? Don’t just start closing vents. 👀

It might seem like closing vents in the rooms that feel comfortable will push more air into the room that’s struggling — but your HVAC system doesn’t always work that way.

Closing too many registers can increase static pressure inside the duct system, restrict airflow, and potentially make your equipment work harder… all while the problem room is STILL uncomfortable. 🥵

If one room is consistently hotter or colder than the rest of the house, there’s usually a reason.

It could be:
• Improperly sized ductwork
• Poor duct design or installation
• An airflow balancing issue
• Too little return air
• Leaky or restricted ducts
• Or simply not enough airflow being delivered to that space

A properly designed HVAC system should deliver the right amount of air to each room based on what that room actually needs.

So before you start closing vents trying to force air where you want it…

Fix the airflow problem, not the symptom. ❄️🏠

Sometimes comfort isn’t about needing a bigger AC — it’s about getting the air you already have where it needs to go.

Running a business isn’t a 9–5 thing.

It’s a 24/7, 365-day-a-year thing. 😂

Even when you’re “off,” part of your brain is still on.

Thinking about the team.
Thinking about tomorrow.
Thinking about the customer you need to call back.
Thinking about payroll, bills, growth, problems, opportunities… and the 47 things you forgot to do. 😂

There’s a weight that comes with building something that people depend on.

But there’s also something pretty incredible about watching an idea turn into a business that provides for your family, your team, and their families.

Some days it’s exhausting. Some days it’s exciting. Most days it’s both.

Entrepreneurs… KEEP GOING. 🙏🏼👏🏼
