Roaches: The Unwanted Survivors 🪳
Roaches are more than just pests – they’re survivors. These hardy insects can live in almost any environment.
Here’s what you should know:
• Did you know? Roaches can live without food for up to a month, but they can only survive for about a week without water and can even survive without their head for a week. Talk about tough!
• They are omnivores and will eat just about anything, from food scraps to glue, paper, and even soap!
• Roaches can spread harmful bacteria and allergens, which can cause asthma and other respiratory issues.
Preventing an Infestation:
• Keep it clean: Roaches are attracted to food and moisture. Make sure to wipe down surfaces, take out the trash regularly, and fix any leaky pipes.
• Seal the entry points: Close gaps around windows, doors, and plumbing to prevent roaches from sneaking inside.
• Consider pest control: If you notice even one roach, it’s a good idea to call a professional to inspect and treat your home before the problem worsens.
Don’t let these pesky survivors take over your space! 🏡 Keep your home roach-free.
