The morning flew by, the tools haven’t stopped moving, and the STAR crew is still knocking out repairs!

🤣🧺 FUN FRIDAY WITH STAR APPLIANCE REPAIR! ⭐😂

Apparently, the appliances were having a little get-together over some ice-cold sweet tea when the dryer decided to ask the washer a personal question. 🧊🥤

DRYER: “Why are you always so mad? Have you tried going to therapy?” 🤔

WASHER: “BUDDY, I’VE BEEN AGITATED FOR 20 YEARS, AND EVERYONE KEEPS PUSHING MY BUTTONS!” 😡🤣

The refrigerator lost its cool, the stove couldn’t handle the heat, and the dryer is still trying to recover from that answer. 😂

Somebody get that washer another glass of sweet tea before he starts another cycle! 🧊🤣

Y’ALL… WE’VE COME A LONG WAY FROM THIS! 🤣

There was a time when doing laundry meant filling a tub, cranking a handle, and hanging everything outside!

Forget the gym membership. Laundry WAS the workout! 💪😂

Back then, you didn’t have a spin cycle.

YOU were the spin cycle! 🤣

Fast forward to today…

Digital displays, automatic cycles, steam settings, and machines that practically do everything except fold the clothes!

And somehow… we STILL have a mountain of laundry waiting for us! 😂

All jokes aside, it’s amazing how far we’ve come! God has truly blessed us with technology and modern conveniences that previous generations could only dream about. 🙏

And we’re grateful for the opportunity to help keep those appliances running! 🔧⭐

After all those 90-something-degree days, we’re not complaining one bit about a nice, cloudy, cooler Monday.

There’s just something good about getting up, getting your hands dirty, solving problems, and putting in an honest day’s work. And when the weather decides to cooperate too? Even better. 💪

We thank the Lord for the ability to work, for another week in front of us, and for another day to get out there and serve our community. 🙏

😂📼⭐ THROWBACK THURSDAY CONTINUES! ⭐📼😂

Two weeks ago, we uncovered Hector in the 90s.

Last week, Veronica somehow showed up running the office on dial up internet.

And now…

TRAVIS, YOU’RE UP. 🤣🤣

According to the STAR archives, this photo was taken on April 23, 1996.

There are just a few minor historical problems with that. 😂

First, we’re pretty sure Travis wasn’t even born until the 2000s.

Second, that refrigerator definitely wasn’t sitting in anybody’s kitchen in 1996.

And those cabinets? Yeah… somebody apparently remodeled the kitchen 30 years ahead of schedule. 🤣

But as we’ve established over the last few weeks:

We are NOT going to let facts, dates, appliance manufacturing, interior-design history, or the basic laws of time and space get in the way of a good Throwback Thursday. 😂😂

Just look at little Travis though. 😎

Jeans cuffed.
Fresh kicks.
Watch on the wrist.
Standing in front of that refrigerator like:

“Ma’am, I found the problem… but first, can somebody help me reach it?” 🤣🔧

Apparently Travis wasn’t just ahead of his time…
