A quick reminder about our turnaround times and order policies:

We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, and we truly appreciate your business and support.

Standard turnaround for non-members is 2–3 business days. While we always do our best to accommodate urgent requests when our schedule allows, rush service is not guaranteed.

To keep orders moving efficiently and accurately, we are also unable to make edits or changes once an order has been submitted. Please double-check all files before placing your order.

2026 Printing Policies

Non-Members
• A membership is not required to place an order with us.
• Standard turnaround time is up to 3 business days, depending on current workload and member order volume.
• Non-members are still eligible to earn reward points.
• If a rush order is needed please inquire before placing order. Work load may effect the turn around time.

• Same-day printing is available for orders placed by 3:00 PM.
• Members receive priority printing on all orders.
• Enjoy up to 40% off all available products.
• Members are still eligible to earn reward points.
• All artwork must be submitted print-ready.
• Memberships cannot be purchased with rewards points.

Order Notifications
1. Order Confirmation – Sent when your order is successfully received.
2. Ready for Pickup Notification – Sent when your order is completed.
3. Pickup Text Notification – Includes your pickup code for order collection from our lockers.
