Administrative Assistant/Dispatcher needed for a company in Corpus Christi. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience dispatching, strong data entry & computer skills, exceptional verbal & written communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Answering inbound and making outbound calls, emailing requests from customers regarding orders & deliveries, dispatching & providing customers with information on services, rates, procedures and job status. This is a temp to hire position and only qualified applicants will be considered. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and the starting salary is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, DOE.
