🎉 Congratulations to Solheia Hall on 5 years with the Del Mar College Small Business Development Center! 🎉

Yesterday, we celebrated a very special milestone! For the past five years, Solheia has been at the heart of our center's operations. As our Client Management Specialist, she is often the first person our clients meet, welcoming them with a smile and helping connect them with the advisor who best fits their needs. Behind the scenes, she keeps our office running smoothly through scheduling, inventory management, administrative support, and countless other responsibilities.

What makes Solheia truly special is the way she cares for people. She has a gift for building relationships, making others feel welcome, and always taking the time to ask how someone is doing. She is kind, helpful, funny, dependable, and consistently goes above and beyond in everything she does.

Solheia is always looking for ways to improve processes, streamline workflows, and make our center even better. Her leadership, teamwork, and dedication have helped shape the culture and success of our office in ways that can't be measured.
