Ann has a special way of setting the tone for our entire center. She leads with support, positivity, respect, and trust, creating a work environment where people feel valued, encouraged, and empowered to do meaningful work.

She is a true visionary, always seeing the big picture while also knowing how to bring the right people together to make that vision come to life. Her leadership reminds us that we are not just coworkers or departments, but people working together as a team.

Noah supports our clients through GIS and market research, helping provide valuable insight that small business owners can use to better understand their customers, market, and opportunities.

Last year, Noah was recognized as Intern of the Year at Entrepreneur Night, and anyone who has worked with him knows why. He is polite, respectful, kind, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile for others.

His professionalism, strong work ethic, and positive attitude truly stand out. Noah has also represented our centers by speaking about the impact internship programs have on students and the businesses they support.
