Nurses on Wheels extends sincere gratitude to Los Encinos Elementary School for the opportunity to participate in their College & Career Fair. It was a truly rewarding experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the students. Nurses on Wheels is dedicated to serving our community, and while our primary focus is hospice care, we were delighted to see the children's enthusiasm for the nursing profession. Nurses and CNAs play an invaluable role in hospice care, and we are deeply appreciative of the exceptional individuals on our team.

For families navigating memory loss, daily life presents distinct challenges, especially within a hospice setting. At Nurses on Wheels Hospice, we acknowledge the profoundly personal experience of each Alzheimer's journey. This journey is often marked by emotional nuances, encompassing moments of sorrow, solitude, and uncertainty, alongside expressions of strength and, above all, enduring love.

This National Alzheimerā€™s Awareness Month, and throughout the year, we offer our comprehensive support to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's.

We extend our sincere appreciation to our Nurses on Wheels team for their participation in the "A Walk to End Alzheimer's" event this past Saturday. Your commitment to dedicating your weekend to support a cause that deeply impacts our community reflects the compassion and dedication our team demonstrates to our patients.
