For 35 years, we have been partnering with communities across New York State for a better tomorrow. We have expertise in planning, grant writing, and implementation. Our public sector customers are primarily towns, villages, cities, and counties in non-metropolita

n areas of upstate New York. Thoma is a small firm of 14 employees, and we enjoy building close, trusted relationships with our customers.

We are excited that both the Village of Marathon (Central NY) and the Village of Waterville (Mohawk Valley) were both awarded New York Forward funding. They join the Village of Dryden (Southern Tier) to give Thoma a 100% success rate in New York Forward applications for 2024! Congratulation to all for their success and we look forward to seeing their downtown areas transform in the upcoming years.

Congratulations to the Village of Dryden on their recent $4.5M New York Forward award! We are proud to have been part of their success and look forward to continuing our work with the Village as they continue to revitalize their community.

Governor Hochul announced that Binghamton will receive $10 million in funding as the Southern Tier winner of the eighth round of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative, and the Villages of Bath and Dryden will each receive $4.5 million as the Southern Tier winners of the third round of NY Forward.
