This year’s Christmas party took us to Vegas, but what really made it special was the people.

Taking time to step away, laugh together, and celebrate how far we’ve come reminded us that IPS is built on relationships, trust, and teamwork.

We’re incredibly grateful for our team, the leadership, the field officers, and everyone behind the scenes who shows up every day and gives their best.

Growth means nothing without the people who make it possible.

Perimeter security at EDC Orlando is a real test of coordination.

It’s long hours, constant communication, and staying aware even when the energy around you is high.

What stood out most was how the team supported each other, whether it was holding a post for hours or managing heavy crowd flow.

Everyone stayed calm, clear, and consistent.

Moments like this show what dependable security really looks like.
