REI Nexus is looking for an experienced, skilled Business Development Manager that is ready to help us take the next step. REI Nexus is at the pinnacle of real estate and helps hundreds of students get into their first real estate deal through hands-on mentorship. Our goal is to show people that they are capable of so much more through hard work and dedication that they can create financial freedom for themselves and their families. We are looking for someone to share this goal with us and find prospects that are ready to take the next step toward a brighter future for themselves. If this sounds exactly like you I would love to talk to you. Ultimately our Business Development Manager will find and source potential prospects that fit the criteria we're looking for. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities:
-Identify partnership opportunities through social media and media creation
-Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help REI Nexus expand
-Maintain existing business
-Think critically when planning to assure project success
-Call and set appointments
Qualifications:
-Prior industry-related business development experience
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proven knowledge and ex*****on of successful development strategies
-Focused and goal-oriented
-Sales and Negotiation experience
Nice to have:
-Bilingual in English and Spanish
-Licensed real estate agent/willingness to become a licensed agent (required to receive benefits)
