To our loyal customers,

It is with great pleasure that Joe and I announce that KOS, INC. (Karpinski Office Systems) has been acquired by Marco Technologies effective Friday, May 12, 2023. All of the KOS employees will be rolling over to the Marco team to continue to provide you with the same great sales and service you are accustomed to.

On behalf of Joe and myself we would like to thank you for allowing us to partner with you and take care of your office equipment needs over the past 25 years. It is our hope that each and every one of our customers and partnerships could feel that we cared and were there to support them fully. Your commitment to KOS allowed us to thrive, provide employment, give back to our community, and provide for our families. We never took this for granted.

It was important to Joe and me that KOS would continue on in the same fashion that we had ascribed to. Marco Technologies checked the boxes for a company that would continue to put the customers first and had a long history of great employee relationships. We are confident as we move into this next phase that our customers will be well taken care of. Marco will continue to cover the same territories that KOS has nurtured along the way. God has opened the door for KOS to grow and thrive and we are believing God is moving KOS into this next phase with Marco Technologies.

We will strive to make this transition as smooth as possible for everyone.
