Good Morning Everyone! Here's what happened last week at NBC.

The group met up at Mill Brook. Kim Dexter talked about how Ray Page Plumbing has hired a new full-time drain cleaner. Chad Benjamin announced that he found a new truck for his business.

Scott Daros did a presentation on CR3 American Exteriors. He talked about what CR3 does and how his operation expanded throughout Connecticut, and how referrals help him out. Scott also showcased the multiple siding types used by through a diorama.

In other news, Pawe∤ Herman of gotocoder joined the group as a guest. He his the owner of gotocoder and operates as a business operator. He creates Excel sheets and business proposals so you don't have to. We're glad you joined us Pawe∤. Lastly, Michelle Lamotte won the door prize and Amber Jones won the 50/50 raffle. We can't wait to share more highlights.

We are happy to announce that NBC has made a donation to Holy Family Home and Shelter, Inc. once more.

Holy Family Home and Shelter is a non-profit organization with the goal of providing shelter to families and individuals who are experiencing homelessness. In addition to providing temporary housing, HFHS also provides people with basic needs to help them build a brighter future for themselves and their families.

NBC has helped with HFHS with their mission before. Back in February, we helped sponsor the organization's "Put Into Action" event. Today, we decided to further help their cause with a donation of $140.00. HFHS even sent us a thank-you letter signed by Executive Director Sara Dufresne and Volunteer Coordinator Marie Hakmiller as a show of appreciation.

For today's Group Spotlight, would like to introduce you to Cooke - Annie Mac!

Good Morning Everyone! Here's what happened last week at NBC.

The group met at the Bidwell Tavern once more. Tim Kollars's son, Ryan, returned as a guest. Chad Benjamin discussed how he's looking for a new truck for his business operations.

Jeff LaHouse did a presentation on how he got to where he is at Amazing Hardware Floors. He started off working for his dad's company. Eventually, he worked for other hardware firms, where he would be given the chance to work as AHF's project manager. Keep up the good work Jeff!

In other news, Dan Maitland covered how M.Squared Waterproofing's products are able to fix and seal basement cracks. Tim Ackert talked about how Ackert Electric is now tackling solar panel roof removal projects. Lastly, Elsie Casey won the door prize and Chad Benjamin won the 50/50 raffle. For today's Group Spotlight, would like to introduce you to Kimberly Dex!

Kimberly Dexter works as the Finance & Business Development Coordinator at Ray Page Plumbing, INC. Her role is managing the company's finances, projects, and business connections. Whether she's reviewing Ray Page's expenses, coordinating projects and workers, or maintaining relationships with customers, Kim does it all with a smile.

Kim enjoys making connections with other people and making every experience a positive one. This skill goes great with Kim and her team as they work hard to meet their clients' plumbing needs. With a combination of professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, there's no plumbing problem that Kim's team can't solve.

In her spare time, Kim is enjoying the outdoors with gardening, traveling by the lake, and sea glass hunting. At NBC, she brings her positivity and drive for connections to the group, making their experience all the better. We appreciate all you do for the group Kim!

Good Morning Everyone! Here's what happened last week at NBC.

The group returned to the Bidwell Tavern. Tim Kollars brought over his son, Ryan, to the meeting. Together, they promoted Gary Adama and Lynch Toyota. They also shared their excitement of their upcoming projects. Amber Jones revealed that she and her business partner are starting a radio show together.

Chad Benjamin presented his background and how he started Benjamin's Lawncare. His business began in 2021, mowing other people's lawns. Ever since, Benjamin's Lawncare has flourished. We're glad to see you thrive Chad!

In other news, Elise Casey went over her process of making referrals. Lastly, Amber Jones won the door prize and Tim Kollars won the 50/50 raffle. We can't wait to share more highlights.

For today's Group Spotlight, would like to introduce you to Jeff E LaHouse!

Jeff LaHouse works as a project manager at Amazing Hardwood Floors llc. He oversees and plans out the company's projects. When it comes to flooring installation, repair, and demolition, Jeff sees it all and ensures that his customers get the best flooring possible.

Jeff's career in flooring started when he worked for his dad's flooring firm, where he would tackle tile, carpet, and slate flooring. Eventually, he worked for a couple of other flooring stores until he came across Amazing Hardwood Floors, where he was offered a job as a project manager. His experience with flooring made him the right fit to lead AHF's flooring projects.

When he isn't making floors shine, Jeff is at home spending time with his family and chatting with his kids. He is always looking out for other people and he brings that same care to his groupmates at NBC. We appreciate all you do for the group Jeff!

Good Morning Everyone! Here's what happened last week at NBC.

Christina Beaver Wheeler shared with the group her knowledge about Tim Ackert and Ackert Electric LLC. Nathan Cour talked about what "proposed money due" actually is and what people mistake it for.

Michelle Lamotte took the time to promote the 2026 Truck Convoy event hosted by Wishes on Wheels Convoy. This event is dedicated to bringing joy to children with life-threatening medical conditions. The non-profit organization has been hosting this event for years, all in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Shoutout to Michelle for bringing this event to light.

In other news, Chad Benjamin of Benjamin's lawncare talked about how and why his business does fall cleanups and snow removals on lawns. Kimberly Dex talked about the new black faucets that Ray Page Plumbing, INC is selling. Lastly, Gary Adams won the 50/50 raffle. We can't wait to share more highlights.
