Last night, and I hosted our monthly New Paradigm Leadership Network call and the theme was conviction and confidence.

We talked about:

👉 Why conviction matters more than confidence right now.

👉 How to stop shape-shifting based on who’s in the room and start leading from a solid center.

👉 The identity shedding that needs to happen before you can step into the next level (and why it feels so uncomfortable).

Why? Because the world desperately needs you to be in your authority.

To speak out about how you truly feel on hot topics, even though it may not be the "popular opinion".

This is what gives others the permission slip to also be themselves and follow their own inner authority instead of blindly following the narrative.

Because reaching the next level in your business requires more responsibility, and trusting yourself to hold that.

Next Thursday, we begin the 30-Day Business Accelerator for New Paradigm Leaders...

This is for you if:

✔️ You're ready to take on higher level clients (those ready for deeper transformations, bigger commitments, and investments).

✔️ You're launching bigger offers like masterminds, mentorships, and training programs.

✔️ You're ready to step up as a thought leader in your industry.

✔️ You're ready to rise this wave of fire horse energy and accelerate your business in a 30-day incubator with a group of high level women who take their mission seriously.

If everything in your being is screaming FCK YES and you're 5+ years in business, you belong in the High Level Leader Accelerator.

**This program won't be offered again until 2027, and then it will be double the price it is being offered at now.

Where are my high achieving women at? We gotta talk for a sec (it's about your out of control hormones, s**tty sleep, and mental well-being- or lack thereof).

Those of us who identify as high achievers, go getters, doers... We go for the fckin gold, everytime.

Somehow, we find it more challenging to slow down (or god forbid, rest) than to push harder and do more.

But what's happening under the surface? Depletion.
Running on fumes masked with more coffee.
Numbing the merry-go-round of thoughts with (enter your choice of vice here).

This is a pattern that's PLAGUING women right now, especially entrepreneurs and executives...

Let me rewind for a sec and tell you about who I met last fall when she reached out to connect and hop on a networking call.

I was intrigued by one of her recent posts about how she cured herself of Lyme disease years ago and was excited to hear her story.

(Insert: your reminder that being visible and showing up matters because- you never know who's watching)

On the call, I quickly learned that she's the woman you go to when you've thrown the book at whatever physical symptoms you've been dealing with that western medicine can't help you with (honestly what are they actually good for, that's a story for another day).

It just so happened a family member, a woman who is a go go go, do do do kinda gal - had been struggling with anemia, low ferritin, autoimmune disease for years no with no end in sight. She even went the path of naturopathy, but to no avail.

Last night, and I celebrated the Full Moon in Scorpio and Beltane with a good ol fashioned fire ceremony 🔥.

Our kiddos joined in as we let it alllll go with gratitude, surrendering the challenges, the dreams, and the wishes.

Releasing the burden of needing to carry it all, and opening to the LIMITLESS possibilities that lay ahead.

Jayme burned/released years of client notes (don't underestimate the energetic weight of holding onto these kinds of physical or digital files!)

And I released 7 years worth of personal and business journals 😳 plus a vision board that never fully resonated.

I flipped through the journals as I ripped and crumbled the pages before feeding to the fire, and wow oh wow how I've healed and grown.

One thing that stood out from these heartfelt entries was how much energy and effort I put in over the years into "manifesting" in my life and business.

Tirelessly calling in the clients, the income, the impact, the success.

But you know what I felt as I read back the words I poured onto those pages? Not hope, but lack. Not excitement, but scarcity. Not pride in what I'm capable of, but unworthiness...

I send so much love to the past version of myself who never saw the abundance right in front of her 🙏.

Feeling super proud of how far I've come. Not just the tangible success in my business and the mountains of evidence that I am, in fact, a fu***ng awesome healer, business strategist and coach, but the level of non-attachment around all of this that I've finally been able to cultivate.

The depth I've learned to love and accept myself is profound, and so much of this work has happened inside another dear friend's containers - lookin at you 🫶

No more gripping. No more emotional charge around my goals, just certainty that all is always working out for my highest and best.

To say this impromptu ceremony was just what our souls needed is an understatement.

The energetic work that transpired last night will be felt in our lives and the communities it has rippled into for years to come 🔥.

👀 You can feel it. Something is shifting...

And not in a subtle way. It's in our faces and we see it everyday scrolling the news feeds and reading comments.

The GAP is getting wider.

between the people who are still processing, waiting, hesitating…
…and the ones who have decided to LEAD.

This isn’t about being “more spiritual” or getting on some pedestal.

It’s definitely not about consuming more content or understanding more concepts.

It’s about who you’re willing to BE when things aren’t certain, comfortable, or validated yet.

Because leadership in this season requires :

🔥 Finding clarity when there’s noise.
🔥 Making decisions when others are stuck.
🔥 Self-trust when there’s no guarantee.

And most people won’t choose that, you know why? Bc it's uncomfortable AF!

Not because they aren't capable, it's because they won’t release what’s familiar enough to stay where they are.

So the real question isn’t: “Do you want something different?”

It’s: Are you available to become the person who leads it?

Inside the New Paradigm Leadership Network, we’re not here to "cope" with reality.

We’re here to define it.
Our next meeting is April 23 🔥.

DM or comment LEADER and I’ll send you the details 🙌.

Ready for higher timelines and a community that shares your vision? The key is elevating consciousness.

Set aside differences, recognizing everyone does their best with their experiences.

True connection starts when we see the inherent worth and potential for good in every human.

Let me tell you about my girl, Jess 🔥

I’ve had the pleasure of watching her evolve so much as both a practitioner and a business owner… and what stands out most is what many in this industry miss:

She moves. No matter what life throws at her.

Right before launching her business, we did a VIP day that may or may not have spun her head a bit 🤣

But since then, she’s stayed in it.

Showing up.
Getting visible.
Landing opportunities.

And most importantly… doing the REAL work.

Not just vibes.
Not just ideas.
But actually learning how to build something that works and builds per passion as an income stream.

Over the last 1.5 years, she’s gone from a mish mash of 1:1 sessions to real, transformational programs.

And now, inside the Scalable Offer Blueprint, we’re taking her program EVOLVE Healing Initiative to the next level 🚀

Jess helps women healing from toxic + narcissistic relationships come back home to themselves rebuilding self-trust, intuition, and alignment in a way that’s actually sustainable.

Go grab her free Heart Healing Meditation (link in stories) and get in her world 🔥

And if you’re sitting on something that’s ready to evolve like this…

Comment or DM me “BLUEPRINT” and I’ll send you the details.

The 4th round of the Scalable Offer Blueprint that starts Monday is a freakin party already and we haven't even started yet 🔥

So pumped to help these women build and launch some incredible programs in the next week!

Let’s start with April Hunter, our favorite goat lady with feral rich auntie vibes 🐐✨

April has been in this room since round 2 (back when this was the Irresistible Offer Accelerator), and she’s used this container to build programs like Her Money Pot — which she’s currently on the tail end of an epic launch.

And next week, she’s building something brand new.

Something local Boston ladies are going to be VERY excited about 👀

The Boston Business Mommunity — designed for moms + entrepreneurs who have their kids home for the summer and are like…

“how TF am I supposed to grow my business AND keep these tiny humans alive and entertained?” 😅

I won’t spoil too much yet, but trust me… it’s needed.

Go check her out ->

But here’s what I really want you to see:

April isn't building these systems because she "has the extra time". She's a busy single working mom of 3 with multiple businesses, and not to mention the goats and corgi.

She didn't make it to rich auntie status by waiting for everything to be perfectly planned out or until she finally felt “ready.”

She built this because she got in the room and made moves. Her major Aries + Sacral Generator energy definitely help 🤣.

Every round, she comes in with an idea (or five 😂), and every round she leaves with something real, structured, and ready to sell.

That’s the difference.

So if you’ve been watching this…
thinking about your own offer…
sitting on ideas you KNOW are good… this is your sign.

Because the women inside this container aren’t more ready than you.

They’re just deciding to move.

We start Monday!

→ If you’re ready to finally build and launch the thing, come join us.

Let’s get it DONE 🔥

04/03/2026

I don't know about you, but I'm feeling this Aries energy and in the Scalable Offer Blueprint next week we're going to get s**t done!

This 1-week container isn't meant to overwhelm you with more work, it's here to ground you into clarity and pick up momentum with the most foundational part of your business set up for massive success.

Once this foundation is laid, you are SET on the steps you need to :
a) bring in more aligned leads while feeling authentic
b) know what to say in your content to warm them up to your offer and
c) actually convert them into new clients without feeling pushy

That, plus a clear map on what you need to do over the next couple of months to blow your income goals out of the water.

This container was created with equal parts spaciousness and efficiency 🤌

Days 4 + 5 are all about implementation and co-working.

You're gonna end the week with closed loops and boxes checked.. finish strong and avoid getting stuck with dedicated support.

By the end of this 5-day container, your sales funnel will be mapped and ready to execute.

We start Monday 🔥 DM me for details or head to the link in my bio to grab your spot.
