If one resignation can throw your entire clinic into chaos, you don’t just have a staffing problem.
You have a systems problem.
I’ve seen the cycle happen over and over:
Fully staffed.
Someone leaves.
Everyone gets stretched thin.
The owner jumps back in.
Job posts go everywhere.
You finally hire someone.
Things calm down...
Until the next person leaves.
That’s not a great way to run a practice.
And it’s one of the many problems being tackled at The High-Performance Practice in San Antonio, October 15–17.
I’m excited to be one of the speakers this year alongside Adam Robin, Nathan Shields, and a great group of people who understand what it actually takes to build and operate a successful practice.
We’ll be talking about:
• attracting great people
• building better systems
• developing leaders
• improving profitability
• getting the owner out of the middle of everything
• creating a clear plan for what comes next
Because a year from now, you can either be dealing with the same problems...
Or you can look back and realize this was the year you finally started fixing them.
If you know your practice needs to change, this is worth checking out.
