The Lao residence. 4084 SQ FT 805 SQ FT Garage

This client opted to install his own floors, paint interior walls and do his own final cleaning and debris removal to save some $$$. ACC was happy to guide him along the way.

Due to the steep slopes and difficult site development of the lot this build cost was 1.2 Million but even with this simplistic budget friendly finishes this home appraised for 2.1 million netting the homeowner over 500k in equity when accounting for the cost of the land.

Today was touch up and final punch list. This client is moving in in 2 days, we will probably not get another chance to take photos with it all cleaned up.
