Today’s Covington Business Council and Foundation Luncheon featured an insightful discussion on one of Northern Kentucky’s most important regional priorities — housing growth and development.

Jeanne Schroer, President & CEO of the Catalytic Development Funding Corp of Northern Kentucky, and Catalytic COO Joe Klare shared details on the creation of the Northern Kentucky Housing Fund and its mission to expand the region’s overall housing supply. Their presentation sparked thoughtful conversation about the future of housing, economic growth, and community development across Northern Kentucky.

A special thank you as well to Ron Stubblefield, Director of Housing and Place-Based Initiatives with the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, for speaking about the Greater Cincinnati Foundation’s contribution to the Northern Kentucky Housing Fund and its impact on the region.
