Things to consider adding to your birth plan:
No talking after baby is born.

Ive always tried to drive this point home - the birth environment should not shift to whatever is on TV or what you're getting for lunch just because the baby has emerged from the mother. These moments are sacred - you are witnessing a woman become mother, you are in the presence of 2 people as they become a family, you are watching parents fall in love with the tiny human they made. These moments are worthy of respect.
