Kelsey has spent nearly four years on the Netchex Onboarding team, helping clients across hospitality, food service, education, government, and nonprofit organizations navigate implementation with confidence. 💙
With a background as a first responder and a degree in Human Resource Management, she brings a calm, solutions-focused mindset to every challenge, especially when things get complicated. She’s also passionate about collaborating across teams to help bring integrations and enhancements to life, including partnerships like Inn-Flow and Daxko. 🤝
Fun fact: Project Manager is just one of Kelsey’s many roles. She’s also a single mom, children’s ministry teacher, Scout leader, and proud dog mom to her poodle. Most of all, she’s passionate about mentoring the next generation and investing in her community every chance she gets.
