This recent boom and main winch change-out is a great example of what that looks like in action. It took collaboration across multiple areas of our team: our in-house engineering group designed a custom adapter plate, our fabrication team (Patrick Fabricating & Welding) built it, and our field crew installed and tested a new CH400 Winch from Braden Arrowhead Winch on our customer's RAM100 Crane.

The result? Our customer is back up and running with a solution engineered specifically for their equipment.
