Let's talk taxes...
1️⃣ If you paid no taxes all year, your refund will be affected. I don't care if you have a whole football team of kids, you still have a tax liability with the IRS. For every dollar you owe, it's chipping into those refundable credits.
2️⃣ A tax pro's job is not to guarantee you a refund. It is to file an accurate return based on what's in front of them. If you been messing up all year, then you might be SOL.
3️⃣ If you are completely self-employed with no children and you haven't paid estimated taxes all year... DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND
4️⃣ And I mean this one from the depths of my spirit... if someone is charging you $100 to do your taxes, you found a great deal! Please rock out with them, because I can't help that they settle for money on the dresser and I'm not even about to try.
5️⃣ And I think this goes for most tax preparers... YES WE ARE ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS! Yes we can do your taxes. You don't have to ask 😏
