This strawberry has me thinking about business.
Some seeds are fortunate enough to land in the right soil, receive the right conditions, and grow quickly. Others face more challenges along the way and take longer to establish themselves.
Neither path is inherently better than the other, but each teaches different lessons.
A plant that grows easily may not have needed to develop the same resilience as one that has weathered drought, pests, or unexpected cold snaps. Likewise, a business that experiences early success may eventually encounter challenges it hasn't faced before, while a slower-growing business may have already spent years learning how to adapt and adjust.
Growth isn't a race. Every season brings opportunities to learn, strengthen roots, and prepare for whatever comes next.
Just like in the garden, success isn't only about how quickly something grows. It's also about creating the conditions that help it thrive over time.
