Runaway Juvenile:
The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile. On 8/27/2026, Kiari Hyat, 17 years old, was reported as a runaway. Kiara was last seen in the area of HWY 11. She is a white female with brown hair, blue eyes, approximately 5’5”, and 160 lbs. Prayers for our Brothers at Samburg-Reelfoot Volunteer Fire Department. They lost a tanker apparatus in a rollover accident today responding to a fire in Obion County. Also at least one FF was injured and airlifted out. Things happen fast guys, stay on your toes at all times, rather on the fire scene or in the truck!
